However, because some of our products are handcrafted or made to order, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, pattern, or appearance may occur. Such variations may be considered a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Adhirat Art Studio shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timelines communicated on the website or during the order process.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping or delivery partner, delays caused by the courier or other external circumstances may be beyond our direct control.

8. Damaged Products During Transit
If a product arrives damaged due to transit, the customer may request a return, replacement, or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to damage during transit.
The video should clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product at the time of opening.
Once the required proof is submitted, our team will review the request within 2–3 working days.
In genuine cases, a replacement or exchange will be completed within 7 working days.
Adhirat Art Studio does not provide refunds for products damaged during transit.

9. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
Our Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Returns, replacements, or exchanges are subject to the conditions specified in our applicable policy.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling, installation, cleaning, water exposure, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not covered under our transit-damage policy.
