Refund policy

Shipping

All orders are delivered within 7 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order.

Packaging

Every artifact is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and secured inside a sturdy Hilton  to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged during transit, customers can request a return, replacement, or exchange within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies only to damage that occurred during transit and does not cover damage caused after delivery.

To process the request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing that the product was damaged when opened. This proof is mandatory.

Once the required proof is submitted, our team will review the request within 2–3 working days. In genuine cases, a replacement or exchange will be completed within 7 working days.
